As a Property Operations Supervisor , you’re not just overseeing and supporting daily property maintenance to ensure the facility's safety and functionality – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Supervise daily facility maintenance: Lead property operations team members in performing maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of facilities, systems, and grounds
- Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest and team member work orders and emergency requests related to non-functioning machinery or equipment
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
- Supervise and develop the team: Assist the Director/Manager in training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating property operations team members
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with safety and loss prevention regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
- Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
