Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
Manage patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and check-outs
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately
Verify patient information and insurance details accurately
Maintain organized patient records and update EMR systems
Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient workflow
Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
