Fan Experience Seasonal Associate (Graphic Design)
- Work event days and provide support as needed for our fans and document challenges to their fan experience
- Provide ideas for improvement on the different challenges observed on event days
- Proactive and effective communication to internal parties regarding programs that are being executed and findings from surveys or in-person observations
- Assist in developing innovative processes that create a seamless experience for our fans
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve unusual/adverse situations using a quick response approach and make sound decisions based on available facts
- Assist with the analysis of fan surveys to understand opportunities for growth and identify areas that need added attention
- Research trends in and outside of the sports industry to identify areas that can positively impact the fan experience at Mercedes-Benz Stadium
- Responsible for using internal platforms to track traffic on event days
- Identify trends in written responses from fans regarding their experience at MBS events
- Design decks that will be shared amongst the organization with impactful imagery and content for reporting purposes, recaps, or executive summaries
- Design signage needed around the stadium for wayfinding, important messaging, or the introduction of new products / services Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a graphic design / strategy role.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Interpersonal skills, including a positive demeanor, team spirit, and professionalism
- Sound judgment and problem-solving
- Robust planning and organizing abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Time management and multitasking
- High level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Graphic Design Background (Photoshop or Canva)
