Oracle EPM Fusion Solutions Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA (4 Days Onsite 1 Day Remote)
Project Duration: 11 Months (Potential for full time conversion if they see the fit to)
This is a hands-on Oracle Finance Systems Architect (EPM-focused) role. Not a typical implementation consultant.

Primary: Oracle EPM suite – especially Oracle FCCS (consolidation) and Oracle EDMCS (data management) IMPORTANT
Secondary: Oracle Cloud Financials (ERP, especially GL)

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role (no people management) focused on finance systems, transformation projects, and ongoing platform support.
Candidate must have:  Worked on FCCS + EDMCS in production and Supported month-end close / consolidation cycles
We need a hands-on Oracle EPM expert (FCCS + EDMCS) who has worked on live finance systems and supported month-end close and consolidation, along with some Oracle Fusion GL experience.
MUST SKILLS:
Hands-On EPM Expertise (Core Requirement), 5+ years’ experience in recent:

• Oracle FCCS
• Oracle EDMCS

They want someone who has actually used the applications in live production, especially through month‑end / consolidation cycles.

Duties
· Support strategic projects to successful completion, whether global or regionally oriented, by interacting with teams whose members can represent a wide range of functional groups across regions
· Understand corporate operating procedures, identify functional gaps and work with Finance leadership to close such gaps
· Contribute domain expertise to a diverse range of projects
· Ensure key executives, platform and project partners are kept informed and engaged
· Build consensus in support of business projects through presentation of clear business use case analysis
· Deliver ongoing end-user training

Skills
· Minimum five years of combined experience in Oracle e-Business Suite Financials or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials ERP modules with focus on business analysis, configuration, and operational process design
· Functional expertise in application configuration & design in core Oracle Fusion modules such as General Ledger (to meet USGAAP & Statutory requirements)
· Minimum three years of hands-on experience in Oracle Ledger design, configuration, and implementation for financial recording & translation/elimination/consolidation processes.
· Knowledge of translation, elimination & consolidations including non-controlling interest calculations, and exposure to enterprise metadata management tools is a plus.
· Exposure to Procure to Pay (P2P) and Invoice to Cash (I2C) cycle with solid grasp in Oracle Payables (AP), Oracle Cash Management (CE), Receivables (AR) and General Ledger (GL) modules, eBTax, Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) is a plus
· Clear communicator, written and verbal, able to articulate and present strategic and tactical objectives including underlying business rationale with appropriate audience sensitivity (e.g., project team, internal functional and technical partners, senior management, etc.)
· Results driven, experienced problem solver with attention to detail
· Self-starter able to drive positive progress proactively with limited manager direction
· Sound business judgment able to accurately assess facts and circumstances, appropriate next steps and communicate same in a clear and timely manner as appropriate
