Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review federal, state, and local tax filings for a wide range of clients.
• Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize client outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored tax solutions.
• Monitor legislative changes and proactively advise clients on implications.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification (required).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or tax management.
• Deep understanding of tax regulations across entity types.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
