What You'll Do

As a key member of the inside sales team, you'll own the sales cycle from inquiry to close:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email

• Generate bids and proposals using modern quoting software

• Interpret project details and recommend solutions that meet customer needs

• Manage and actively follow up on 250+ open bids , driving them toward close

• Compete and win business by positioning value against competitors

• Partner with outside sales reps to support project success and share insights

• Maintain a disciplined follow-up system to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks

What You Bring

• 2+ years of inside sales experience (construction, building materials, or manufacturing strongly preferred)

• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines with exceptional accuracy

• Strong communication skills-you're confident, clear, and customer-focused

• A results-driven mindset with persistence to follow up and close deals

• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience reading blueprints, plans, and specifications

• Familiarity with estimating or takeoff software

• Exposure to architectural or construction documentation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (technical or advanced education preferred)
