Senior Building Maintenance Technician POST NUMBER: 475374

Vaco Atlanta has partnered with a property management company in Smyrna, GA in their search for a Sr. Building Maintenance Technician . This is a DIRECT HIRE (permanent) position which requires 100% in-office work. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations across a Class-A office building complex
  • Maintain HVAC, automatic doors, light bulbs, key locks & plumbing
  • Troubleshoot building system issues
  • Respond to service requests
  • Maintain professionalism and meet urgency
Requirements:
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience supporting commercial office space
  • Must have strong HVAC system experience as well as experience handling plumbing, key locks and automatic doors
  • Must maintain a positive, 'can do' spirit
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Must be comfortable working long hours on feet and responding to issues outside of regular business hours
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
