Warehouse Worker
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment according to instructions
- Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes
- Inspecting machinery and reporting any faults to management and colleagues
- Observing and following company safety rules and regulations
- Ensuring the production line has a regular supply of raw materials or components
- Assembling goods on the production line
- Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks
- Storing goods and raw materials properly in the factory
- Packing goods ready for shipment
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery
- Assemble goods on production lines
- Monitor the production process
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks
- Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
- Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
- Pack goods to be shipped
- Maintain work areas and equipment
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proven record in training employees about safety and production
- Strong working knowledge of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
- Ability to coach and motivate employees
