What You Will Be Doing
As a Technician II, you will assist in the installation, implementation, and upgrades of internal systems. You’ll also maintain an inventory of all equipment, hardware, software and supplies.

  • System Monitoring & Response: Monitor Manufacturing Engineering Systems (MES) & affiliate systems, respond to issues via phone/radio, and complete periodic system checklists.
  • Issue Resolution & Collaboration: Promptly resolve technical issues, collaborate with MES Analysts, Technicians, and HAEA support, and escalate as needed.
  • Hardware Maintenance: Reconfigure and replace failed computers, scanners, and printers; assist with installations and modifications.
  • On-Site Support: Work in both control room and plant floor environments; provide support during holidays and shutdowns for preventative maintenance.
  • Availability & Flexibility: Work overtime as required to support production and projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience : High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of IT experience with a preference for CompTIA A+ certification.
  • Technical Skills : Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software, building and imaging computers, and using Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and web browsers.
  • Professional Attributes : Strong analytical thinking, ability to follow instructions, work in teams, interact positively with customers, and adapt to shift rotations.
Base Hourly Pay Range - $21.67 - $30.99/hr. (but the target pay range is $22.00 to $24.50/hr. )
