Recruitment Account Manager
Overview
Henis Group is hiring a Recruitment Account Manager to own client relationships while staying fully hands on in recruiting execution across our Direct Hire and Contract divisions.
This is a split responsibility role. You will manage accounts, lead client conversations, and guide search strategy while actively sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across your searches. You will recruit heavily on skilled trades and contract roles while also supporting high level direct hire searches including managers, engineers, and executive leaders.
Contract placements move quickly. You will be expected to generate successful placements in your first weeks as you are introduced to the accounts you will manage.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or a high performance client facing role
- Ability to manage client relationships while staying hands on in recruiting
- Comfortable interviewing a welder and a VP level candidate in the same day
- Confident speaking with executives, business owners, and hiring managers
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Competitive with financial ambition
- Able to manage multiple searches and accounts simultaneously
First year OTE is $100k+ between base and commission, with uncapped earning potential and meaningful upside as your revenue impact grows.
