Litigation Paralegal
Trustpoint is partnering with an Am Law firm in their search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Atlanta office and support a busy Global Insurance practice . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team working on complex, high-stakes litigation matters.

Salary: Starting at $85,000, depending on experience
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive paralegal with strong problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate has experience handling complex litigation matters, including general liability cases and medical record analysis , and thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
Flexibility is key in this role, including the ability to work overtime when needed and support attorneys across multiple offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation and trial preparation , including trial attendance
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and records authorizations
- Support and manage the discovery process , including:
- Reviewing and analyzing medical records
- Preparing medical summaries and identifying additional providers
- Organizing and producing documents
- Drafting privilege logs and memoranda
- Coordinate depositions, witnesses, and case logistics
- Conduct factual research and investigations
- Maintain strong communication with attorneys, clients, and third parties
- Utilize research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw
- Support e-discovery efforts , including the handling of electronically stored information (ESI)
- Manage case files and databases using litigation support tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience with general liability litigation and medical record analysis required
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required
- Proficiency with tools such as PACER, Relativity, Adobe Acrobat, Trial Director, and case management systems (preferred)
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations
- Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing
- This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings
- Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
