Dish Washer

• Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Clean tables, chairs, floors, and other areas of the venue.

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas.

  • Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.

  • Ensure that all areas are stocked with necessary supplies (napkins, silverware, etc.).

  • Sanitize restrooms and other common areas.

• Setup and Breakdown:

  • Set up tables, chairs, and other furniture for events or meals.

  • Prepare and set up buffet tables, food stations, and beverages.

  • Help with breaking down after events, cleaning up, and resetting areas for the next use.

• Safety and Hygiene:

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

  • Follow sanitation procedures to ensure cleanliness and prevent contamination.

  • Ensure that food storage and preparation areas meet the required standards of cleanliness and organization.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work alongside other staff members, such as waiters, chefs, and managers, to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist with other duties as needed, such as food running or organizing stock.

• Stock Management:

  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management when supplies need replenishing.

  • Assist with stock organization and help restock items in dining or kitchen areas.
