Job Summary

This position will perform a wide variety of administrative and budget support activities on behalf of a university unit.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate various business transactions in support of assigned unit(s), such as budget amendments, expenditure transfers, purchase orders, contract renewals, payment requests, travel and expense, inventory reports, deposit transmittals, purchasing and PCard transactions
  • Serve as front line service response to inquiries regarding business processes and data requests
  • Organize information, prepare written correspondence, and perform basic accounting functions
  • Resolve issues regarding invoices, payments, shipments, etc.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
  • One (1) or more years of related work experience

Proposed Salary

$20.71 - $22.84 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
