JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving occupancy and revenue growth across a designated portfolio of communities. This position partners closely with the Regional Operations team and community-level sales teams to deliver strategic sales support and hands-on coaching. A majority of time will be spent onsite at communities, actively engaging with teams to:

Support and enhance sales performance
Deliver targeted coaching and training
Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities
Implement best practices and innovative strategies to maximize occupancy

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coaches, trains, tracks and assists with the management of the Sales Consultants at each community.
• Setting monthly goals and developing sales strategies to ensure success of Communities, to meet or exceed the predetermined monthly sales goals
• Ensuring that all the Sales processes and procedures are being followed at all levels.
• Trains all new and existing sales counselors to the Greystar Senior Housing standards. As needed, conducting weekly Sales Meetings to influence individual and group dynamics.
• Recruiting and interviewing candidates within a sales function. • Working with teams in database management
• Analyze and evaluate all community events
• Create and/or maintain an efficient work environment through positive reinforcement

Additional Compensation :

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

• Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
