JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Deliver targeted coaching and training
Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coaches, trains, tracks and assists with the management of the Sales Consultants at each community.
- Setting monthly goals and developing sales strategies to ensure success of Communities, to meet or exceed the predetermined monthly sales goals
- Ensuring that all the Sales processes and procedures are being followed at all levels.
- Trains all new and existing sales counselors to the Greystar Senior Housing standards. As needed, conducting weekly Sales Meetings to influence individual and group dynamics.
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates within a sales function. • Working with teams in database management
- Analyze and evaluate all community events
- Create and/or maintain an efficient work environment through positive reinforcement

Additional Compensation :
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
