Job Description:
The Principal Product Manager a is a single-threaded owner of a defined customer outcome accountable for moving a specific metric that matters to the business, and personally responsible for the quality of the product decisions that get it there. This role sits at the center of company's shift toward a product-led operating model, where Product defines the vision, sets the roadmap, and is measured by results.
A GTF Principal PM owns a problem space, not a feature list. They work backwards from the customer starting with a clear problem statement and a measurable outcome before proposing any solution. They serve as the product partner to their brand and commercial stakeholders, influence across engineering, design, and analytics, and bring new opportunities to the business backed by evidence and financial framing. They are outcome owners.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Own a specific customer outcome and associated KPI (conversion, engagement, revenue, retention)

Define product strategy using customer research, behavioral data, and competitive insights

Build and manage a multi-quarter product roadmap with clear prioritization

Translate strategy into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria

Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders

Lead iterative product delivery with a focus on experimentation and learning

Identify new product opportunities and revenue-driving initiatives

Define success metrics and evaluate post-launch performance

Communicate product vision and progress to senior stakeholders
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

6 years of Product Management or equivalent experience
-
Proven ownership of customer-facing product metrics and outcomes

Experience with consumer digital products (mobile, web, ecommerce, or similar)

Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience

Agile experience writing user stories and managing iterative delivery

Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with working-backwards methodologies (PR/FAQ or similar)

Background in experimentation and A/B testing frameworks

Experience presenting to senior leadership or executives

Exposure to loyalty platforms, subscriptions, or digital engagement products
