HCM Solutions Trainer
The HCM Solutions Trainer will leverage adult learning principles and a deep understanding of business needs to design, implement, and optimize high-quality learning experiences that support both internal employees and external clients. Using a consultative approach, the Trainer will collaborate closely with business partners, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to conduct learning needs assessments, identify gaps, and define opportunities to drive business outcomes through effective learning interventions.
The HCM Solutions Trainer will design and recommend highly engaging learning experiences and facilitate dynamic content creation. Additionally, the Trainer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of learning solutions with organizational objectives, and in implementing best practices to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
As part of the broader enablement strategy, the HCM Solutions Trainer will stay current with industry trends and best practices, participating in continuous professional development. This role also includes mentoring new team members and contributing to the growth and development of the training function within the organization.
Top 5 Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and provide training on Share & Perform and Learn & Grow as needed.
Train clients and colleagues on optimizing their use of the platform.
Share expertise through knowledge articles and training courses to resolve issues and answer questions.
Collaborate with training counterparts at iSolved to stay current on the latest best practices by product area.
Prepare continuing education sessions based on product releases and feature updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Previous experience with other High-culture organizations
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Previous HR industry or HR technology experience (a plus)
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong written and oral communication
- Quarterly in-person meetings will take place at our home office in Alpharetta, GA.
- This is a remote-first position, with the expectation that you will be camera-ready for internal and client-facing Zoom meetings.
