Condiment Supervisor - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. This is not a tipped position.

Schedule:  Part time event-based schedule. Open availability preferred. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work all Hawks home games.

Requirements:  The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience working in a similar setting. The candidate should have an outgoing personalitiy and the ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience. They have the ability to communicate effectively, problem solve and make decisions with little guidance. 

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in food service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Conflict resolutions and de-esclation skills.
• Ability to learn and understand event-specific paperwork, inventory reports, and menus
• Exceptional organizaitional skills and attention to detail

Job Summary

Summary : The Condiment Supervisor is responsible for leading the condiment team, maintaining a clean condiment and beverage area, while providing great customer service.

• Train condiment staff.
• Completes inventory.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to:
  • The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
  • The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
  • The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

Qualifications :

• One year of leadership.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
