Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Producer In Training to join our growing team in Alpharetta, GA.

Our structured, 12-month training program is designed to educate and prepare self-motivated and entrepreneurial-spirited individuals for a sales role in our Employee Benefits. You will be trained by the industry elite and mentored by seasoned professionals who invest time and resources into your growth and success!

How You Will Contribute:

• Employee Benefits insurance training
• In depth coverage analysis and policy review
• Insurance carrier marketing
• Outside sales and customer consultation
• Business to business relationship development
• Account management and customer service

Licenses and Certifications:

• Active Health & Life license, or obtain within 45 days of employment, required

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
• Strong financial aptitude, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
