Your Role

As a  Remote Client Representative , you’ll connect with families across the U.S. and Canada through  virtual Zoom consultations .

From the comfort of your home, you will:

• Educate clients on available benefits
• Answer questions with clarity and care
• Guide families in making informed decisions to protect what matters most

This role is ideal for individuals who value  meaningful conversations, service over pressure, and purpose-driven work .

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort in a virtual environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Friendly, professional, and relationship-focused demeanor
• Effective time management and organizational skills

Leadership experience is a plus, but not required.

No prior insurance experience needed—we value  coachability, compassion, and consistency , and provide full training and support.
