Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience.
Position Overview:
The Field Service Coordinator ensures efficient field operations by managing schedules, communicating with customers, and providing essential support to technicians to maintain exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and schedule field service technicians based on demand and geography
● Serve as the liaison between field teams and customers for scheduling and updates
● Track service calls, parts, and job completion timelines
● Maintain accurate records in the service management system
● Support compliance with safety and service quality protocols
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or a related role
● Excellent multitasking and communication skills
● Strong proficiency with scheduling and CRM software
● Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
● High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
