Outside Sales Consultant (Windows and Doors)

Earn $120K–$250K+ in your first year with Wallaby Windows of Greater Atlanta.
We’re a fast-growing local business backed by a national brand, and we’re looking for a self-motivated closer who thrives on independence, performance, and income growth.

You’ll work directly with the owners and sales director, not buried in corporate layers. We give you everything you need to succeed: a company truck, gas card, iPad, laptop, and a steady flow of qualified appointments at no cost to you.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home consultations and guide homeowners through options for replacement windows and doors
  • Educate customers on materials, design choices, and energy efficiency benefits
  • Take accurate measurements and prepare detailed quotes using company software
  • Follow up consistently and close sales both in person and over the phone
  • Participate in community events, shows, and local networking to build brand awareness

Compensation and Schedule

  • Commission-only role with tiered earnings
  • Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
