Position Name: Marketing Manager
Location: Smyrna, GA
Starting Pay: $65,000 per year, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Hybrid schedule

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand presence.
• Oversee content creation and management, including graphic design, newsletters, press releases, social media, website development, and branded assets to engage and educate the target audience.
• Manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email, social media) to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain company and project websites, collaborating with website developers as needed.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, prospective customers, and industry trends.
• Analyze customer data and campaign performance to refine targeting, messaging, and tactics.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to create impactful campaigns.
• Travel as needed (up to 10%), including international travel for industry events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Ability to understand international markets and promote global products in the U.S.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with marketing software (Google Analytics, Feathr, Constant Contact, CRM systems).
• Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
• Preferred: Experience in the exhibition or event industry; moderate graphic design abilities.
• Valid U.S. passport with no restrictions; valid driver’s license.

Essential Functions:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a computer, copier, and printer.
• Frequently communicates with other departments; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Work Environment:

• Office setting: must be able to sustain self-motivation and maintain a productive and professional working environment while working from home.
• Office meets at least 2 days per week; all staff are required in-office on Wednesdays.
• Occasionally required to work over 40 hours per week, estimated 4-5 times per year due to fluid project workflow.
• Travel required up to 10%, including international events.
