Early Childhood - Office Manager/ Enrollment Specialist
Summary The Office Manager/ Enrollment Specialist is responsible for assisting the Program Director in ensuring the health, safety, and quality of all children within the center's care. Under the direction of the Program Owner collaborates with staff to ensure all administrative tasks are complete, opening or closing the school, BFTS compliance, marketing, handling social media, following up with potential leads, scheduling tours, recruitment, and that the needs of the students and the goals of the center are met appropriately. Duties
- Collaborate with staff to ensure adherence to quality standards in accordance with Center guidelines and state and local requirements; implement improvements where needed.
- Maintain communication with families and community through appropriate outreach activities.
- Follow all center policies and state regulations.
- Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Efficient with Microsoft platform
- Critical Thinking and Strategic Planning
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Creative ideas for marketing
- Great Customer Service Skills
- 2-- 5 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.
- High energy
- Can work in a team setting

Associated Degree in Business or Early Childhood Education or higher
