Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our quick service fast casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on restaurant management and food service operations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of the business effectively.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and efficient team.
• Implement and enforce food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting sales and controlling costs to achieve financial targets.
• Coordinate food preparation and catering services to meet customer demands while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management within the fast casual sector
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, catering operations, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial reports and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers.
