Office Manager – Payroll & HR Support

As the Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the Buckhead headquarters. You’ll handle payroll, support HR functions, keep supplies stocked, organize meetings, and make sure birthdays never go unnoticed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a beautiful, team first environment, loves creating order out of chaos, and brings warmth and professionalism to every task.

What You’ll Do

🧾 Payroll & HR Support

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding
• Support benefits administration and compliance tracking
• Help coordinate performance reviews and employee documentation

📦 Office Operations

• Order and manage office supplies, snacks, and equipment
• Liaise with vendors and building management
• Keep the office organized, clean, and running efficiently

📅 Meeting & Calendar Coordination

• Schedule internal meetings, interviews, and team events
• Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
• Help coordinate travel and logistics for leadership

🎉 Culture & Engagement

• Track birthdays, work anniversaries, and team milestones
• Plan small celebrations, lunches, and team-building activities
• Be the go-to person for keeping morale high and communication smooth

What You Bring

✅ Experience in office management, payroll, or HR support (2–4 years preferred)

✅ Familiarity with payroll platforms (ADP, Paychex, or similar)

✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✅ Warm, approachable communication style

✅ A knack for creating structure and a positive team vibe

✅ Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
