We are hiring a Machine Operator for our client's 3rd Shift team! You don’t need years of specialized industrial experience to start—we offer a paid, comprehensive 3- to 6-month training program on our 1st shift, where you’ll work 1-on-1 with senior mechanics to learn the trade before moving to your permanent 3rd shift schedule.

  • Shift Premium: Competitive base pay, plus shift differential pay once you transition to 3rd shift.

  • Career Advancement: Clear milestones and pay increases as you progress from Trainee to Journeyman Adjuster.

  • Great Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and tuition assistance.

What You’ll Do:
  • Spend your first 3 to 6 months learning the ropes on 1st shift alongside experienced leads.

  • Learn to set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot high-speed automated equipment.

  • Perform mechanical changeovers between product runs using hand and power tools.

  • Carry out routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

  • Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work zone following safety and Lockout/Tagout protocols.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Shift Availability: Able to work 1st Shift (Daytime) for the first 3–6 months during training, then transition permanently to 3rd Shift (Nighttime).

  • Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy working with your hands, fixing equipment, or repairing engines/appliances.

  • Problem Solvers: strong attention to detail and a desire to troubleshoot physical machinery.
