HR Manager

Responsibilities

● Collaborate with business unit leadership to develop and execute P&C strategies aligned
with organizational goals.
● Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive talent acquisition, onboarding,
training, performance management, and benefits administration.
● Lead change management initiatives to support the organization through growth and
transformation.
● Develop and monitor key P&C metrics to deliver data-driven recommendations for
continuous improvement.

● Lead, manage, and coach the P&C team, fostering individual professional growth and
team performance.
● Drive initiatives that promote an inclusive, high-engagement workplace culture designed
to attract and retain top talent.
● Coach and counsel managers and team members to facilitate conflict resolution,
collaboration, and team dynamics.

● Conduct skill gap analyses to design talent development programs and robust
succession planning processes.
● Support career advancement framework and talent development initiatives within the
sales organization.

● Oversee P&C policy implementation, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local
employment laws and risk management standards.
● Manage HRIS and related tools to maintain high data accuracy, streamlined processes,
and effective reporting.
● Perform other related duties as assigned and ensure compliance with all company
standards and policies.
