General Laborer - Lawn Care & Landscaping

Packman Landscaping is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our growing team. This position includes both recurring lawn maintenance and landscaping projects. This role is anywhere from 25 to 40 hours a week. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing lawns
- Mulching, planting, and shrub trimming
- Installing sod, rock, pine straw, and other landscape materials
- Assisting with hardscaping and outdoor improvement projects
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Following safety procedures and working efficiently as part of a team
- Performing other general landscaping duties as assigned
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in Georgia heat and varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others
- Landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
