Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $800 - $1,095 per week

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Project Coordinator. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to transition into project management. As a Project Coordinator, you will support our project teams by assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of diverse projects across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and reports.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure effective communication among project team members.
• Track project progress and identify any issues that may arise.
• Prepare project status updates and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support project logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
