Technical Services Specialist (Norcross)

TRC’s client is hiring a Technical Service Specialist for their Buckhead office. This is a role with strong upward career potential, designed for individuals who want to build hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and customer-facing service. The position provides structured training, exposure to company products and systems, and opportunities for advancement.

This position is hybrid in-person/remote after a training period!

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Salesforce service tickets and incoming phone queues
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues for business partners
• Provide timely and professional technical support
• Document issues, solutions, and updates within internal systems
• Collaborate with team members to test and implement solutions
• Prioritize and resolve support requests based on urgency and impact
• Complete assigned training courses on products and solutions
