• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
• Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans that align with the specific requirements of each client.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the entire client lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the insurance market to better serve clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive work environment.

• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or willing to obtain one.
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Spanish Speaking Preferred
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to exceed client expectations and foster strong relationships.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
