Management Trainee

We are a rapidly expanding outreach and fundraising organization collaborating with nonprofit partners to support impactful causes through face-to-face, door-to-door campaigns. Our focus is on engaging communities, building trust, and increasing awareness and contributions for initiatives that truly matter.

This is an entry-level Management Trainee role with paid training , created for individuals who want to develop leadership skills and grow into management positions. No prior experience is required—we provide the training, mentorship, and hands-on experience needed for success.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in direct, in-person outreach within local communities
  
• Represent nonprofit campaigns and clearly communicate their mission
  
• Encourage community involvement through donations and program participation
  
• Assist in coordinating daily team activities and supporting performance goals
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters
  
• Track individual and team progress toward daily and weekly targets
  
• Take part in structured leadership development and training programs
