Lead Barber - Chamblee, GA
Position Summary
We are bringing luxury men's grooming to Chamblee – and we're hiring Lead Artists to set the tone for excellence. If you're a master of your craft and ready to lead by example in a premium grooming lounge, this is your moment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver precision cuts, beard grooming, shaves, and camo treatments
- Lead, train, and inspire barbers on Golden Standard protocols
- Ensure consistency and service excellence across all barbering services
- Support onboarding and skill development for new barbers
- Build guest relationships and promote memberships/retail
Kwnowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Confidence with clippers, shears, fades, and straight-razor work
- Strong communicator and natural connector
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends included)
Education & Experience
- Georgia Barber License (required)
- 3+ years professional experience, with leadership preferred
