Job Summary

CityGreen Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to our clients through our live chat platform. As a representative of our company, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers are satisfied with our services and have a positive experience with our brand.

Pay: $31 - $34 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and complaints through our live chat platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our services, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with different departments within the company to expedite and resolve complex customer issues
• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and take necessary steps to follow up and resolve any outstanding concerns
• Generate and maintain reports on customer feedback, inquiries, and issues for management review
• Continuously stay updated on company products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and make recommendations to management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college-level courses preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Familiarity with landscaping or sustainable services is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
