Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health RN for a 13-week travel contract in Covington, GA. This role requires a strong background in OASIS documentation and experience using Homecare Homebase. Join our team and make a difference in patient care!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans
• Deliver high-quality home health care, including wound care and medication management
• Accurately complete OASIS documentation and use Homecare Homebase for charting
• Provide patient and family education to promote independence and recovery
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Georgia
• Minimum of 2 years of home health experience
• Strong proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
