Responsibilities

• Assist Compliance Manager analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.

• Assist Compliance Manager with creating, modify, update and implement the company’s policies.

• Assist Compliance Manager with developing risk management strategies.

• Assist Compliance Manager with designing control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies.

• Assist Compliance Manager with designing ongoing training programs for employees of the business.

• Liaise with other departmental heads to ensure that all business operations are in line with business policies.

• Advise the top management on business operations relating to investment, risks and any other policy development.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience as compliance manager for (x) years
• Knowledge and understanding of the industry’s regulations and best practices
• Hands-on experience with a variety of reporting operations and procedures
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver
