JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective: Maintains kitchen area. Keeps cooking utensils, dishes, kitchen equipment/tools, and silverware clean. Responsible for high dusting, sanitizing various surfaces, cleaning trash receptacles and surface areas. Deep cleans commercial restaurant equipment, vacuums/mops floors, cleans windows.

- Wash, sanitize and rinse dishes and equipment based upon health regulations.
- Stock inventory according to par guidelines
- Fill ice machines as needed.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and tools.
- Assist with food prep as needed (FIFO labeling)
- Lobby maintenance (in small locations)
- Restroom maintenance log
- Parking lot/Trash area monitoring
- Assist with fulfilling catering orders as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Age 18
- No food allergies
- No chemical allergies
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Knowledge of restaurant and community

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has NO supervisory responsibilities, is supervised by Team Lead on duty and reports to the Store Manager
Work Environment: This job operates in a full-service restaurant kitchen model environment. Role may also serve in outdoor, or event environment as required by project needs.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, 40 inches high without the aid of another person and up to 75 pounds with assistance. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while performing work duties. Must be able to bend, stoop, push and pull in the performance of duties. Must be able to use fingers bilaterally and unilaterally (one-handed) to unload boxes and operate equipment related to your job. Must be able to maintain balance and climb three to five feet on a ladder in order to retrieve supplies, store boxes, etc. as required to perform the functions of your job.
Work Environment: This job operates in a full-service restaurant kitchen model environment. Role may also serve in outdoor, or event environment as required by project needs.
Position Type: Position may be Full Time or Part Time Regular. Evening, Weekend and Holiday work is also required.
Travel: No travel required.
