Role Snapshot

• Operate production machinery safely using established procedures (shears, benders, threaders, forging equipment, welders, cranes, forklifts, and more).
• Load fabricated rebar onto trailers and unload stock material from trailers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs; model a proactive Safety Culture.
• Cross-train on multiple machines; attend equipment training and take on additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Work outdoors in all weather (heat/cold) and stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; climb ladders and steps; operate fabrication machines without direct supervision.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety rules and regulations.
• Team-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving to find root causes.
• Read technical documents and service manuals; communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Knowledge of common industrial practices and procedures.
• Overtime availability as needed (planned or unplanned). 1+ year heavy industrial experience preferred, not required. Punctuality is a must.

Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
