The Resident Ser vice Coordinator is the management office "Ambassador" to the residents. Bridge Property Management's image is reflected in the attitude, appearance, and image portrayed by the Resident Service Coordinator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform office administrative functions
- Coordinate resident requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Work with the maintenance team to resolve service requests
- Input information into computer systems accurately and in a timely manner
- Arrange and plan various resident events and community classes
- Assist in planning and executing resident engagement functions
- Follow Bridge policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws
- Follow all safety procedures and notify supervisor of any safety hazards
- Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of service industry or customer-facing experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships quickly
- Ability to operate office technology including phones, scanners, copiers, and printers.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Demonstrate strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to change
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Leasing, sales, or closing experience
- Prior experience in a residential or hospitality setting
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and resident engagement abilities
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and through email
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict de-escalation skills
- Ability to explain community policies, procedures, and service processes effectively
- Strong organizational and follow-up communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations
TECHNOLOGY SKILS
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn and operate property management software platforms
- Accurate data entry and record management skills
- Experience using email, calendars, and scheduling systems
- Ability to manage resident requests and service updates through digital work order systems
- Basic social media and online communication familiarity preferred
PHYSICAL/WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Regular office work with occasional outside duties in all weather conditions
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking within the office and community
- May require weekend or flexible scheduling based on community needs

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
