About Code Ninjas:

At Code Ninjas, we empower kids to unleash their inner ninja by learning to code through an engaging, game-based curriculum. Our centers provide a fun, safe environment where kids develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and STEM skills.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Center Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, community engagement, and boosting enrollment. If you have a passion for meeting and engaging people, enjoy working with kids and families, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing local marketing campaigns to promote Code Ninjas programs, events, and camps.

• Community Engagement: Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and community organizations to foster partnerships and increase visibility.

• Event Planning: Coordinate and promote open houses, workshops, and special events to attract potential students and families.

• Content Creation: Design and manage social media content, newsletters, and promotional materials aligned with the Code Ninjas brand.

• Data Analysis: Track marketing efforts, analyze results, and recommend adjustments to improve performance.

• Enrollment Growth: Support initiatives to boost center enrollment and retention by promoting customer loyalty and satisfaction.

• Brand Representation: Represent Code Ninjas at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or working towards) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of marketing experience (or equivalent internships).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with social media platforms and content creation.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Passion for education and working with children is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

• Event planning or community outreach experience.

• Proven practical Marketing or Sales Experience,
