Kitchen Manager - High Volume Scratch Kitchen

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our high-volume scratch kitchen in Marietta. This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to lead a talented culinary team and drive exceptional dining experiences in the vibrant restaurant industry.
As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. You'll be responsible for inventory management, staff training, and menu development, contributing to our mission of providing unmatched culinary delights. We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $72,000 annually, along with opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee food preparation and presentation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement creative menus based on seasonal ingredients
- Control food costs and maintain budgetary goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Experience in menu planning and food cost management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong passion for culinary excellence and innovation
- A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
