Job Description

We are looking for a SQL Developer to join a team of passionate innovators and problem-solvers, empowered to rise above challenges and swarm around solutions. This individual will leverage their expertise in SQL and data architecture to drive the development, optimization, and integration of data solutions across multiple systems. As a SQL Developer, you will be responsible for developing complex queries, managing databases, and ensuring the performance, security, and integrity of critical business data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OLTP and OLAP data architectures, data warehousing, data integration, ETL and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. This is a REMOTE capable role.

Compensation

$27/hr to $28/hr.

Skills And Requirements

o Expert knowledge of ANSI Compliant SQL, MS T-SQL, PL/SQL, and database object creation (tables, views, functions, procedures, etc.).

o Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL), data warehousing technologies and best practices.

o Strong background in designing and optimizing complex queries for large datasets. Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, automation and integration across multiple systems.

o Experience with data governance and business intelligence tools.

• Technical Knowledge: Experience with Agile development methodologies, data security practices, and performance tuning for large-scale systems.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field is strongly desired. Advanced certifications or degrees in relevant areas would be a plus.
