Now Hiring experienced world class proven top performing Customer Service Representative.Responsibilities include:
*Increase productivity and meet schedule
*Sales
*Reduce expenses
*Customer Service
*Increase average ticket and net profit
* Manage appearance and professionalism of shop.
Must know/have:
*5 year shop management experience minimum.
*Must have stronger technical knowledge, great people skills, degree a plus, proven top sales performance, proven leader, documented top performer. A fully committed hard worker, with a proven commitment to customers, revenue, and profit.
*Microsoft: word, excel
*Mitchells shopkey, AutoLeap (major plus), and or Alldata
*Technical automotive competence
*Motivational leader
*Attention to details
*Quality and cost focused
*Drivers license, references, clean or justifiable record, clear background check
*ONLY PROVEN TOP PERFORMERS SHOULD APPLY.

Highly Desired*Advance Degree: Associates, Bachelors, Masters
*Previous Master Tech or very high technical competence
*Franchise experience
*Great sales record
*Strong P&L proven documented experience
