This includes leading and facilitating design sessions with users, and overseeing the delivery of functional requirements documents and technical design specifications.84 months experience as Technical Project Manager in an EDI project implementation.At least 24 months experience with Innotas At least 24 months experience with MS Project84 months of experience managing IT projects using the NYS PM methodology and NYS Guidebook.Description: The NYSIF modernization project is entering the next phase to further support digitization and electronic processing.There are critical components of the initiative which require the expert skills of a seasoned Project Manager with significant EDI experience and in-depth working knowledge of the current EDI and financial processing. The Project Manager must have extensive experience implementing the Claims and Proof of Coverage EDI standards as part of a large scale IT project and proven track record of delivery for electronic processing interfaces.The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, implement and control any of the following: Project schedules, including task management and coordination;Requirements Elicitation and Management plans; including meeting facilitation, JAD sessions facilitation and functional requirements and use case documentation.Stakeholder communication plans, including executive project status reporting and project steering committee meetingsIssue and Risk management plans, including risk remediation;Change Management plans, including scope development and management, project change control and organizational change management;System Requirements Validation and Traceability;Test Scenarios and Test Cases Validation and Traceability._x000D_
