Legal Data Entry Clerk

An established corporate legal service company, located in Duluth, Georgia, is seeking a Legal Data Entry Clerk. The candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across our internal databases. The candidate will help ensure that legal documentation is stored and accessible in an organized and compliant manner. They will work behind the scenes to support our paralegals and operations staff by researching evidence and entering large volumes of information with precision. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES will include, but not limited to:

• Entering, updating, and managing evidence in a proprietary system
• Researching evidence with the Attorney General’s Office
• Accurately marking, filing and archiving evidence
• Working closely with Compliance Specialists
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Stable work history
• Accurate data entry abilities and attentive to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF editor
• Must have sense of urgency
• Must work well with deadlines
