Booking Agent
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Booking Agent to manage reservations, coordinate schedules, and ensure all booking details are accurate and confirmed.
This fully remote position is ideal for someone who values structure, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering a seamless and professional client experience. The role requires the ability to work independently while utilizing established systems, training, and tools provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations, confirmations, and booking modifications
- Communicate with clients to collect required details and provide timely updates
- Review bookings to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor changes, follow up on pending items, and resolve issues proactively
- Deliver professional and friendly support throughout the booking process
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer service, booking, or administrative experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable learning new technology
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or LATAM
