Program Coordinator (Employee Engagement)
- Manage client team rhythm of business (RoB) and review, organize, and track stakeholder activities and engagement
- Understand, communicate, and provide project information to key stakeholders
- Partner across client leadership councils/groups to implement strategies and coordinate cross-team activities
- Develop reports and presentations/dashboards to enable the client team to capture, track and communicate project status issues to inform business decisions
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage meetings, communications, and effective program coordination
- Collaborate with other project/program managers and coordinators to assess team performance and regularly review best practices to find higher efficiencies, and distribute notes/action items as needed
- Help identify and resolve conflicting priorities across stakeholders
- Identify, propose, and implement business process/workflow improvements
- Occasionally work 40+ hours in a week to meet certain team milestones
- Perform other duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering Management, or related field
- Eligible to work in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status
- 5+ years of experience in an project/program coordinator role
- Coordinated team activities to meet project/program objectives
- Use of Agile/Scrum management methodologies on large scale projects to consistently meet deadlines, successfully triage changing priorities, identify risks, and track issues to resolution
- Worked on cross functional teams across consumer and/or commercial hardware or software products and services
- Use of data analysis tools to create reports/presentations/dashboards
- 7+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role
- Experience managing vendor/supplier relationships
- Experience communicating directly with customers and/or external partners
- PMP or PMI certification preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- High proficiency using productivity software such as M365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and SharePoint)
- Ability to use agile/scrum project/program management principles and methodologies to consistently meet task deadlines, triage changing priorities, and track issues to resolution
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams with a customer service mindset
- Ability to think and act on a local/global scale
- The position typically operates in a standard office environment and/or from employee's home
- This is a hybrid position located in Alpharetta, GA
- Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
