About the Role We are seeking a motivated and organized Client Services Manager to join our Atlanta team and help support our clients and event operations. The Client Services Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, help coordinate event details, and ensure a smooth experience from planning through execution. This role is great for someone friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients * Support clients with planning, coordination, and project updates * Communicate clearly with internal teams to meet client needs * Track timelines, deliverables, and event details * Assist with on-site event support when needed * Build positive relationships to ensure client satisfaction * Identify ways to improve service and overall client experience Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, dependable, and able to multitask * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment * Willing to travel for events when needed What We Offer * Competitive weekly pay * Clear opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive and energetic team environment * Hands-on experience with major corporate events * Travel opportunities depending on event schedule
