Personal Injury Associate Attorney | Regional Law Firm
A well-established, multi-office plaintiff-side firm with a strong presence across Florida and Georgia is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. • Manage personal injury cases from pre-suit through resolution
• Handle matters involving auto accidents, trucking, premises liability, and other complex injury claims
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Prepare cases for trial as needed
• Maintain consistent client communication and case strategy oversight
Qualifications
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Experience handling cases independently
• Strong deposition and negotiation skills
• Trial experience is a plus
• Licensed and in good standing in GA
