Full-Time | $120,000 Base Salary + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including project management, field supervision, warehouse operations, and fleet management
• Lead and support superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Coordinate closely with sales, estimating, and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to operational staff and field personnel
• Manage scheduling, workforce planning, material procurement, equipment coordination, and job tracking
• Maintain operational efficiency while upholding company safety and quality standards
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for roofing best practices and operational procedures

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience required
• Proven leadership experience in commercial roofing operations, construction management, or senior-level project management
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive accountability
• Hands-on leadership style with willingness to conduct field visits and inspections
• Experience using project management and construction software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, budgeting, scheduling, and operational best practices
